Continuing the Journey

If you’ve journeyed through Wintering and feel the call to continue, I’ve created this quiet space for you.

There’s no pressure to move on or sign up to anything new. This page is simply here as an invitation - a few ways to stay connected, supported, and gently anchored as you move into the next season.

You’re welcome to take your time, to feel into what (if anything) feels right.

TEND Membership (Alumni Rate)

TEND is a space for ongoing, seasonal practice.

We gather monthly to explore the rhythms of the year through yin, somatic and restorative yoga, meditation, and sharing circles - staying close to the body, to nature, and to what’s unfolding in real time.

If you’ve appreciated the pace and depth of Wintering, TEND offers a way to continue that thread.

As part of this journey, I offer a reduced rate for those who have completed Wintering, for the duration of your time as a member.

1:1 Ayurvedic Support

If you’re feeling the need for something more personal, I offer one-to-one Ayurvedic sessions.

This is a space to explore your unique constitution, current imbalances, and the rhythms of your life, with practical, grounded support that meets you where you are.

We move gently, working with small, sustainable shifts that support your energy, digestion, sleep, and overall sense of balance.

If you’ve appreciated the seasonal wisdom and daily rituals offered in Wintering, you might like to pursue a more bespoke option, tailored to your specific imbalances.

I’m offering a reduced rate for those who have completed Wintering on both the 12-week reset or the 6-month journey.

12-Week Ayurvedic Reset
£765 (alumni rate)

6-Month Ayurvedic Journey
£1530 (alumni rate)

Payment plans are available in both of the above options.

Not Sure?

If you’re unsure what feels right, or whether this is the right time, you’re very welcome to reach out.

Sometimes a short conversation is the most helpful place to begin.

A Closing Note

There’s no need to rush into the next thing.

Winter doesn’t end all at once, and neither do we.

If you choose to continue, I’d love to welcome you into the next season.
And if not, trust that what you’ve gathered over these months will continue to unfold in its own time.

With warmth,
Michelle

where your thoughts never think to wander,
this beginning has been quietly forming…
