Seasonal One-to-One Support
Space to explore the season you're actually in
There are times when life asks us to slow down, change direction or sit with something we can't easily resolve. Sometimes we need more space to explore what is happening than a group setting can offer.
Seasonal one-to-one sessions are an opportunity to pause, listen and explore what is present for you, wherever you find yourself in the cycle of the year.
Sessions are collaborative and responsive rather than following a fixed programme. Depending on what you bring, we might draw on shadow work, Mandala Method, Feeding Your Demons, somatic practice, contemplative inquiry or Yoga Nidra.
The intention isn't to fix or improve you, but to create enough space and safety to meet what is here with curiosity and compassion. We might explore a recurring pattern, a difficult emotion, a transition, a relationship, grief, an inner conflict or simply something you have been circling around and would like to understand differently.
You don't need to arrive with a clearly defined problem. Sometimes the starting point is simply a sense that something needs attention.
Sessions can be booked as a one-off when something particular is calling for exploration, or as a series if you would like ongoing support through a particular season of your life.

How it works
We start with what's here
There is no fixed programme to work through and no particular issue you need to arrive with.
We'll begin by taking some time to notice what is present for you now. This might be something that has been troubling you, a recurring pattern you've noticed, a transition you're moving through, or simply a sense that something needs your attention.
You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. Part of the work can be discovering what it is that you actually want to explore.
We explore together
The sessions are collaborative and responsive. Rather than deciding in advance that we'll use one particular method, we'll draw on the approaches that seem most appropriate for what you're bringing.
This might include shadow work, Mandala Method, Feeding Your Demons, somatic exploration, contemplative inquiry or Yoga Nidra.
Sometimes the work may be quite focused, giving space to explore a particular pattern or difficult emotion. At other times, there may be more space for reflection, embodied practice or simply staying with something that needs to be met rather than solved.
We make space for what is difficult
Shadow work, as I practice it, isn't about finding what is wrong with you or uncovering some hidden flaw that needs fixing.
It is about becoming more willing to meet the parts of our experience that we may have learned to avoid, suppress, judge or push away.
Through practices such as Mandala Method and Feeding Your Demons, we can explore difficult emotions, inner conflicts, recurring patterns and other experiences that may be asking for our attention.
The intention is not to force anything open. We work at a pace that respects your capacity and your boundaries.
We come back to the body
Although conversation and reflection may be part of the session, this isn't purely a talking process.
We may use simple somatic practices, awareness of sensation, breath, imagery or Yoga Nidra to help you stay connected with your embodied experience.
You don't need to be good at meditation or particularly "in touch with your body". The practices are invitations rather than things you need to get right.
We leave some space at the end
We'll allow time towards the end of the session to come back to the present, notice what has shifted or become clearer, and consider whether there is anything you want to carry with you.
You won't be given a list of things you need to do between sessions.
Sometimes a question is enough.
One session or a series
You can book a single 90-minute session if there is something particular you'd like to explore.
If you're moving through a longer period of change, you may prefer to meet over several sessions. We can decide together what kind of rhythm feels appropriate rather than committing to a fixed programme from the outset.
