what I’m up to now

Practicing:

  • my main Buddhist meditation practices are Machig Labdron’s Direct Transmission, Zergna five elements dzogchen practice, the crystal and its rays movement practice and Simhamukha, as well as rotating through Green Tara, mandala practices and Chod.

  • my yoga practice is slow and steady in this winter season, mostly yin, nidra, somatics and restorative

Germinating:

  • doors are open for Spiralling - a year-long elemental journey

  • I’ve been busy working away on a new gentle yin yoga based membership called TEND, I’m super pleased with it. We start at the Spring Equinox.
