This isn’t just another wellness program, it’s a complete reset for your body, mind, and spirit. Over six months, you’ll receive deeply personalized guidance rooted in Ayurveda, Yoga, and shadow-work practices that help you return to balance and unlock your full vitality.

Step 1: Intake Consultation (90–120 min)
We begin with a deep dive into your history—physical, emotional, and spiritual. This is where your transformation begins.
Step 2: Your Unique Blueprint (90 min)
Next, I’ll map out your Ayurvedic constitution and current imbalances. You’ll receive a tailored protocol including:
Diet + herbal formulations
Lifestyle recommendations (daily rhythms, rest, rituals)
Yoga, meditation, and breathwork practices
Step 3: Ongoing Support
2x Ayurvedic coaching sessions per month (60–75 min) – track progress, fine-tune lifestyle adjustments, and deepen your healing.
2x Feeding Your Demons® shadow-work sessions per month (30–60 min) – a powerful process for transforming fear, illness, and self-defeating patterns into allies for growth.
Additional Support
Optional WhatsApp/email contact between sessions
Journaling + reflection practices to anchor your growth
All sessions take place online via Zoom.

I offer this work on the principle of dāna, the Buddhist practice of generosity and mutual support. Please contribute according to your circumstances. You may pay in installments (weekly / monthly) that suit your situation.

About Michelle:
I am a fully qualified and insured Ayurveda Health Counsellor + Lifestyle Coach and former Clinical Nurse Specialist in Oncology in the NHS. I have over 600hrs of training in Ayurveda, and Tantra, and over 500hrs of training in Yoga (including flow, yin, restorative, pranayama, Menopause Yoga, trauma-informed yoga, philosophy, nidra, and yoni shakti yoga therapy). I also have a Masters degree in Buddhist Philosophy. I am a qualified Feeding Your Demons Facilitator.
I have had a personal practice of yoga for almost 30yrs, and a Buddhist meditation practice for 15yrs. I have been committed to living an Ayurvedic lifestyle for many years now, and have felt the benefits personally. I have personally completed over 200 Feeding Your Demons processes, and have experienced huge shifts in my life as a result.
