A Monthly Gathering for Rest, Recalibration & Connection

Step into The Space Between: a sanctuary for slowing down, tending to your inner rhythm, and connecting with yourself and others. Each month, we gather in a warm, intentional container to nourish the body, calm the mind, and share with others.

Through Yin and Restorative Yoga, and sound healing, this monthly gathering invites you to pause, release, and restore. This is your space to reconnect with your own rhythm and the natural cycles of the year.

What to Expect

Yin & Restorative Yoga

Slow, supported postures designed to:

  • Release tension

  • Open joints and fascia

  • Ground and balance your energy

  • Learn helpful acupressure points for the current season

  • Connect with Taoist Five Elements and Chinese seasonal wisdom

Sound Healing

Immerse yourself in gentle vibrations from therapeutic instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, crystal bowls chimes that:

  • Soothe the nervous system

  • Encourage deep relaxation

  • Step out of thinking mind and into a place of deep rest

Practical Details

  • When: Monthly gatherings on the second Sunday of the month (begins April 2026)

  • Where: Zoom

  • Duration: 2hrs

  • Recording will be sent to everyone who signs up, although live attendance is preferred to foster community

  • What to Bring: A detailed list will be included when the link is sent out, but generally have a mat, selection of cushions, pillows, blankets, etc

  • Who: Every body.

Who This Group is For and General Group Culture

This group actively welcomes members with different spiritual / religious backgrounds (and none), sexualities, gender identities, races/ethnicities, and socioeconomic realities. The expectation is that we come together to rest and share our experiences in a supportive container, respecting and holding each other’s diverse experiences and opinions with mutual respect and kindness.

What happens in a session?

1hr yin + restorative yoga practice

short bio-break

45 - 60 min sound bath

Cost

These Space Between sessions are offered on the basis of dana, a Buddhist practice meaning generosity and mutual support.

Voluntary contributions are gratefully accepted by PayPal.

Suggested: £20

If you are able, please make a donation that feels good to you, according to your personal circumstances. You are welcome to attend whether or not you are able to donate the full amount, and if you are in a secure financial position right now, please consider supplementing others in the community who cannot afford to donate.
